Cancellation, Late & No Show Policy

In order to maintain the highest quality experience for all of our clients, we enforce a 50% service charge for all appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance. We kindly ask that you cancel your appointment online or by phone more than 24 hours in advance to avoid the cancellation fee. Your signature on this form indicates your agreement to comply with this policy. Thank you for understanding and we look forward to helping you achieve your beauty goals.

 

To ensure all clients are seen at their appointment time and so that I have enough time to provide the highest quality of work, appointments are considered a No Show after the client has not arrived within a 10 minute window of the start of the appointment. Arriving 10 minutes late will result in a No Show fee or a reduction in services if possible.

 

If a client No Shows the appointment, which is cancelling 2 hours prior to appointment time, arriving past 10 minutes, or simply no showing up to appointment, then we enforce a 100% service charge for all appointments booked that day.
